My Carpet Cleaner!!!
I clean all of my carpets every 6 months. I have a thing for clean floors. Everyone has their "thing", and mine is clean floors. We are a "no shoes inside" house. My kids are so well trained that the moment they step on the door mat they take off their shoes...it's a good thing.
So...the 2 recent events that prompted this one are Bubby being sick with a cough so bad he vomits and Bubby removing his dirty diaper and trying to out a new one on himself. I swear, nothing gets vomit out of carpeting better than a good carpet cleaner with rotating brushes.
The other day Bubby was meant to be napping. When I opened his door to check on him, he was sitting on the floor. He had removed his poopy diaper and was attempting to put on a clean one. It was kinda cute, until I noticed the lovely brown marks that his little bare tooshie left on the carpet....yuck!!!
So...there you have it. If you have small children and carpets, you need a carpet cleaner (with rotating brushes!) :)

The little boy that I keep threw up on the carpet yesterday. I think they need a carpet cleaner! :)
I'm with you on clean floors. Even my little 20 month old knows to stay away from the floor after I mop it, I need to invest in my own carpet cleaner so I can quit borrowing my moms!
Best stuff for icky accidents on carpet (or anywhere)is Simple Solution Stain and Odor Remover. It is a concentrate you mix with water in a spray bottle. With four big poodles and two mini's I can testify honestly to the greatness of this product. Add some to your carpet cleaner. I spritz it on my bare floors when damp mopping. Simple Solution has a fresh scent that goes away after it dries.
Sounds like an ad but sure wish I had the product when my son was little.
