Fall is in full swing here in NY and the kids are having a blast. We had a very wooded yard, so we get TONS of leaves. The kids love to rake the leaves into a pile and then jump in it. Here are some good leaf jumping shots:
Bubby has really gotten into helping Daddy with yard work. He even got to help push the mower, which he talked about for days. See those big paper bags? We have to put the leaves in them and set them out at the curb for pick-up. To give you an idea of just how many leaves we get, we have filled 30 bags so far and there are still a lot of leaves on the trees...yikes!
Last week we got snow! Just under an inch...just enough to get the kids excited. This week it warmed back up and was close to 70 today...Bubby and I had a picnic lunch at the park. It was a gorgeous day. :)

I miss fall...I can't wait to move someone that has 4 seasons!!!
30 bags already?? Yikes!! I have to say that I'm glad I don't have quite that many trees! At least the kids can have fun jumping in them. I remember doing that when I was young.
VERY cute leaf throwing pic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I keep looking at the trees in my yard thinking, "Darn it, those are all going to have to be picked up!"
At least I'm done picking up hundreds of walnuts, sigh.
We have two huge trees in our front yard that appear to refuse their leaves drop until the last minute ... every year. So while the other trees are starting to look bare, ours still has a gabillion leaves on it. Always makes for fun leaf gathering once the sub zero temps hit :)
The pics of the kids with the leaves are AWESOME!
Snow?! Crazy! My Dad used to rake the leaves in a big pile under our tree swing so we could swing out and jump in them. :)
My favorite picture is the kids lying in the leaves-cute!
what great fall pics looks like fun.
